Awful service and no follow-up

I had to pay a $25 deposit but it's been two weeks and my bank says nothing’s pending. When I called, the desk clerk just shrugged it off and said they’d call me back, which never happened.

I found this place to be super convenient, as it was only a short walk to the missouri state museum and the charming jefferson landing state historic site, making my weekend urban explorations truly enjoyable. plus, the staff was friendly and the elevator was clean, which added a nice touch to my stay.

The room was clean and had a nice microwave and fridge, making my stay super comfortable. I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the cozy lounge area where I could unwind. One downside was the pillows, which could've used an upgrade, but overall, it was a solid stay! 😊

The breakfast was really disappointing. it consisted of a tiny selection that didn’t taste fresh. Wi-Fi connectivity was hit or miss, making it tough to catch up on work in the evenings. Overall, while the price was reasonable for what was offered, the cleanliness and comfort certainly need attention.
